Vietnam Tour Guides  terms and conditions: We acknowledge that many customers are concerned when making transaction through internet. Therefore, we have selected some terms and decided to give you our services as following:

1.If you are already in Vietnam just contact us via telephone or email. There may not need to make a deposit to us.

2. If you are not in Vietnam and want to book a tour guide, a means of transportation and go on your tours as your ideas, then US$ 80 must be deposited. Salary for a guide is 30US$/day, click here to see transports price list then click hotels to see how much you will have to pay for your accommodation.

3.If you are not in Vietnam  and want to book a package tour, then at least 10% deposit is required, and the rest will be billed upon your arrival. The deposit and reservation should be made at least couple of months before your arrival so that it is easy for us to book good hotels and other services for you. The deposit should be sent to our account at least two months before your arrival.

4. The reservation is effective only when you have already reconfirmed it and deposited.  At the moment paying by credit card online is not very much supported by banks in Vietnam therefore transfer deposit to account is still the regular and safe method. Deposit can be be sent by telegraphic transfer (T/T), or bank draft. 

5. If you cancel  the tour one and half month before your date of arrival then 10% cost of the total amount will be be charged to forfeit and cover communication and other expenses 
-And 30% will be charged prior five days of your arrival 
-And 70% is chargeable if you are not showed at the date of arrival

6. If you book a tour and stay in budget or 5* hotels then the services are no difference as we always try to maintain our good services.                                              

Pricing information

Vietnam Tour Guides offer prices :  land transport, domestic flights, accommodations, admission fees, guidance and some meals and others as specified in each package tour. We still commit to organize your tours successfully and give a helping hand if you just hire a guide and means of transportation, however. Prices are different according to category of accommodation and vehicle. But mostly on our programs prices inclusive and exclusive of as following :

• Inclusive of: domestic transportation (car, bus, train, air-plane, boat, etc.), accommodation, admission fee, some meals (as mentioned in each day of the programs), tour guide .

• Exclusive of :  meals ( which is not mentioned in each day of the programs), international airfares, drinks, personal expenses

 Meals

Breakfast is always included at hotels. In the tour programs, sometimes it covers also lunch and dinner as mentioned in each day of the itinerary, generally you will order and pay the meals on your own , so that you can choose your favorites. However, in the remote areas we will take care of your meals because it probably quite difficult for you to arrange it on your own.
