foreigners who are travellers and expats, there is no difference in price
between locals and foreigners, as the country economy has improved recently and
there are more busy people. Some are washing your cloth them selve, some send
them somewhere or send to military laundry workshop 33 Pham Ngu Lao.
Most laundry shops in old quarter offer 15,000vnd to 20,000vnd/kg laundry cloth
and you can get it after 24h, for urgent cases price is higher

Hoi An is a small old town. Before being a destination it was almost like a
dead town, young people were looking for a job in big cities, and now
infrastructure has been improved, and it is gradually getting back its hey days.
However, you still can see the atmosphere of a village rather than a town, and
people are mainly living on tourism, farming, fishing. In most hotel front
door you will see some shops selling water, rent out bicycles 15,000 to
20,000vnd/day use, and laundry service range from 10,000vnd to
15,000vnd/kg...very reasonable and trustable as people here are very honest
and friendly
