The combination of the cooking tour and a discovery to Vietnam's marvelous world heritage sites: Vietnam gastronomy and their food culture and lanscape  will amaze you, from the peaceable city of Hanoi- old colonial architecture, the natural wonders of Halong Bay - more than two thousand islands, the old Citadel of Hue, the ancient town of Hoi An, and the holy land of My Son, which was left by great ancient Champa kingdom, and the hectic city of Saigon.

Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi
 Arrival at Noi Bai Airport. Pick-up and transfer to hotel.
 If your time permit we visit old quarter by Xich Lo, and evening see water puppet show. Tonight we eat Ha Noi specialty [D]
Day 2: Hanoi
Morning we go to market to choose ingredient and go to Hoa Sua for a cooking course, eat lunch and afternoon seeing attractions of Ha Noi: One Pillar pagoda, Temple of Literature (the first university of Vietnam, and the Confucian worshiping place) Evening free:  [B,L]
Day 3: Hanoi - Ha Long bay
Morning a road trip to Ha Long bay (170km from Ha Noi), go on board on deluxe junk boat for cruising visit the famous thousands of islands, visit cave, swimming, eat lunch and and today dinner we will cook with our crews. Overnight on boat - private room with hot water and air conditioned. The boat is big with dining room, sunbathing space . [B,L,D]
Day 4: Halong-Hanoi
Morning we swim again and visit a cave by sampan,  going back to Hanoi and make a visit to some rural farm on the way. [B,L]
Day 5: Hanoi-Hue
Transfer to airport. Flight to Hue. Pick-up and transfer to hotel. Visit to Imperial Citadel. Evening go to a local restaurant to eat Hue specialty .  [B]
Day 6: Hue
Morning visit to Ming Mang Tomb by land transportation, eat lunch vegetarian food in a pagoda, and a meditation lesson, take nap in the pagoda. Afternoon visit Thien Mu Pagoda surveying rural landscape at sunset by boat on Perfume river . [B,L]
Day 7: Hue-Hoi An
Morning Transfer to Hoi An via Da Nang, stop-over on Hai Van Pass and Lang Co beach. Visit to Cham Sculpture Museum. Overnight in Hoi An. [B]
Day 8: Hoi An
Morning visit to Hoi An ancient town: temples, workshops and old houses. Overnight in old town of Hoi An. Afternoon a cooking course in town.
Day 9: Hoi An-My Son- (45 km from Hoi An)
Morning Transfer to My Son visit to Cham ruin.

Day 10: Hoi An - Saigon 
Transfer to the airport for flight to Saigon. Orientation walk to the city. [B]
Day 11:  Saigon 
Morning visit the city: war remant museum, old post office, Notre dam. Afternoon visit Cu Chi underground. Evening farewell dinner. [B, D]
Day 12: Saigon departure
Transfer to the airport for your flight home. End Tour. [B]
